Glass House Management is searching for new talent to add to our hugely successful sales & business development team.
Since opening, Glass House Management has developed from an ambitious start-up into an industry leader, launching a series of new magazines across the globe.
We produce quality digital business magazines, read by the highest industry leaders throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and the Middle East. Our success is built on our fantastic sales & business development team, who identify, contact, pitch and negotiate with clients and partners across the globe.
This role combines telesales, account management, project management and negotiation skills, and successful candidates will preferably have strong experience in at least one of these areas. However, most important is that you’re able to think on your feet, learn new skills and processes quickly, and have an impeccable work ethic. Training and coaching are extensive and some of our best staff have joined us with limited experience, but the common trait across their entire team is a shared hunger to be the best and earn the most.
In return for your hard work, their team receive significant rewards. Basic wage starts at £17,000 (rising to £18,000 following completion of a 6-month probationary period), commission and bonuses are uncapped, OTE are £30,000.
